Do you have a physical location where I can purchase in person?

Most certainly. Find us at Eastern Market, Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00am – 4:30PM, located on Capitol Hill, at the corner of 7th Street SE and North Carolina Avenue SE, Washington, DC. Please note that this is not a mailing address. 

 

How do I know if the clothing will fit me correctly?

For your convenience, we have included a size chart to assist you in determining the right size for you before placing an order. If you are unable to find the correct sizing for you on the chart, simply contact us for assistance.

 

Who sews the clothing for Trofina Joy?

Most of our clothing is made here in the Washington, DC Metro area. 

How do I take care of my outfit?

Our outfits are made from 100% cotton fabric. Do not bleach or wash with hot water. Choose an appropriate temperature for washing or drying. Hot water can shrink or fade most cotton fabrics. Machine wash or hand wash with like colors. If washing for the first time, wash separately and line dry or dry clean if you prefer. A warm iron is desirable to remove any wrinkles. Generally, most cotton outfits are wearable more than once, just like jean pants or any dry-cleaned attire, if not dirty. Choosing not to wash your outfit each time you wear it will give it extended life and delay discoloration.

What is the address I should ship a returned package?

Please notify us via our contact page once you decide to return merchandise and we will provide you with a mailing address.  We regret that no store credit will be credited to you without prior communication of your intent to return the merchandise.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We intend to open for business to customers worldwide. However,  we are  currently only shipping within the continental United States, its territories and Canada. We will update you on international shipping very soon.

 

When should I expect to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item.  We do not offer refunds.  We currently offer store credit for returned merchandise. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to issue you a store credit delivered by email.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We strongly advise that you ensure tracking of returns as we will not issue a store credit or exchange for items damaged or lost in transit and without proof of delivery to us

We work with Square and Pay Pal for to provide our customers with diverse payment forms. We accept all major credit cards.
