Returns and Replacements

We accept returns for all goods that do not meet the customer’s expectations for replacement with store credit. Such returns or client’s intention to return items must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Notify us of such intention via our contact page found at the bottom of our web page to receive store credit. The store credit will be e-mailed to you once the returned goods have been received.

Furthermore, replacement are also governed by the following guidelines: Returned items should not be worn, washed, or torn and must be returned in the original condition with any enclosed documentation within 30 days. We will issue store credit excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if you prefer, we will exchange the item.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if you notify us of such intent within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item should be returned to us within 30 days from the original purchase date and such item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your purchase protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and that you are able to track delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
